15. If, for whatever reason, a duly appointed arbitrator finds any part of these Conditions unenforceable, all other terms and conditions will remain unaffected and in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions hereof, and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party.

16. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Conditions and tysonscorner_BODYRUBS’s Terms of Use the Terms of Use shall control.

17. I understand and acknowledge that these Conditions constitute a legal agreement between (tysonscorner_BODYRUBS), its owner, Treehouse Park, S.A.
